These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "ADmiru" ("the App") provided by 10HALF LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a utility that lets you sign in with your own Google account and view your AdMob revenue data (estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, eCPM, mediation breakdowns, and more) in a dashboard, fetched via the Google AdMob API. The App only displays AdMob data — it does not let you change ad-serving settings or manage your AdMob account. The App is provided free of charge and displays banner ads served by Google AdMob.

2. Eligibility

Using the App requires a valid Google account with access to an AdMob publisher account. If you do not have an AdMob account, the App's core features will not be available to you.

3. Account and Sign-In

The App does not require you to register a separate account of its own; you use it by signing in with your Google account only. You are responsible for managing the Google account you use to sign in (password management, two-factor authentication settings, etc.) in accordance with Google's policies.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Data Accuracy

The revenue figures and other data displayed by the App are reference information obtained through the Google AdMob API. Due to differences in aggregation timing, API changes, or connectivity issues, the figures shown may differ from those on AdMob's official dashboard (admob.google.com). Always check the official AdMob dashboard for authoritative revenue and payment figures. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figures displayed in the App.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the App
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to an AdMob account you do not have permission to access
• Violating Google's API terms (such as the Google APIs Terms of Service or the Google API Services User Data Policy)
• Any activity we deem inappropriate

6. Advertising

While using the App, you will see ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including its design, name, and code, belong to us.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will function without error or that it will always be able to fetch data from AdMob. Some or all features of the App may become unavailable due to changes to Google's API, service outages, authentication errors, or similar events. Except as required by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including damages resulting from decisions made based on the data it displays.

9. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
