10HALF LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information SwingDiff ("the App"), available on iOS and Android, collects and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. Swing videos, skeleton data, analysis results, diagnostic scores, and preferences are stored only on your device.

2. Data Handled on Your Device

The following data is stored or processed locally on your device only. None of it is transmitted externally by us.

• Swing videos (recorded in-app or loaded from your photo library / media gallery)
• Skeleton keypoint coordinates extracted from videos
• Detected swing phases (Address, Top, Impact, Follow-through) and diagnostic scores
• Analysis settings such as club selection and camera angle
• Subscription / purchase status
• App preferences such as onboarding completion state

3. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions. Permissions related to camera and media are used solely for on-device processing.

• Camera: Used to record swing videos. Recorded videos never leave your device.
• Photo library / Media access: On iOS, used to load previously recorded videos from the Photo Library and (optionally) to save in-app recordings back to it. On Android, video selection uses the system Photo Picker, which does not require persistent media permissions.
• Internet access (Android): Required for ad delivery and consent management in the free tier (see Section 5). The core analysis features work fully offline.
• Advertising ID (Android): Used by the Google AdMob SDK in the free tier for ad delivery. The Pro plan does not show ads, and on supported OS versions the user may also reset or disable the advertising ID from device settings.

You may decline permissions where the platform allows. If declined, the corresponding feature (recording, loading, saving) will be unavailable, but the App otherwise remains usable.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing: Used to process SwingDiff Pro subscription and lifetime purchases on iOS and Android, respectively. Purchase and billing information is managed by Apple or Google. See Apple Privacy Policy / Google Privacy Policy.
• Google ML Kit (Pose Detection) (Android): Used to detect skeletal keypoints from your videos. ML Kit Pose Detection runs entirely on-device; the video and the detected keypoints are not sent to Google.
• Google AdMob (Android, free tier only): Used to display advertisements in the free version of the App. See Section 5 below for details.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (Android, free tier only): Used to present a consent form for personalized advertising in regions that require it (e.g., the EEA and UK).

5. Advertising (Android Free Tier)

The Android free tier of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure these ads, AdMob may access the device's Advertising ID and limited technical data (such as IP address, ad interaction events, and approximate device information) in accordance with Google's policies and your consent choices.

In regions that require explicit consent (e.g., the EEA and UK), a consent form is presented on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may review and change your consent at any time from the App's settings.

The Pro plan removes all advertisements. The iOS version of the App does not include advertising SDKs at all.

6. Where Your Data Is Stored

All in-app data handled by the App is stored only on your device (within the App's sandbox, and — on iOS, optionally — your photo library). There is no server-side account; no sign-up or login is required.

7. Data Deletion

All in-app data is stored on your device. Deleting the App permanently removes analysis history and settings. If you have saved recorded videos to your photo library or media gallery, please delete them individually from the respective app.

8. Notifications

The current version of the App does not use notifications. If we add notification features in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
