10HALF LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information SwingDiff ("the App"), available on iOS and Android, collects and how it is handled.
Core principle: Videos and images you record, and skeleton data extracted from them, are processed entirely on your device. They are never transmitted to any server operated by us.
The App does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. Swing videos, skeleton data, analysis results, diagnostic scores, and preferences are stored only on your device.
The following data is stored or processed locally on your device only. None of it is transmitted externally by us.
The App requests the following permissions. Permissions related to camera and media are used solely for on-device processing.
You may decline permissions where the platform allows. If declined, the corresponding feature (recording, loading, saving) will be unavailable, but the App otherwise remains usable.

The free tier of the App (iOS and Android) displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure these ads, AdMob may access the device's advertising identifier (the Advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS if permitted via ATT) and limited technical data (such as IP address, ad interaction events, and approximate device information) in accordance with Google's policies and your consent choices.
In regions that require explicit consent (e.g., the EEA and UK), a consent form is presented on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency prompt is also presented; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. You may review and change your consent and tracking settings at any time from the App's settings or your device settings.
The Pro plan removes all advertisements, and the advertising-related consent flows and identifiers described above are not used.
On the App's product pages (https://10half.jp/swingdiff.en.html and the Japanese version), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the pages are used and to improve them. It is not used in the App itself.
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect information such as the pages viewed, time spent, referral source, device type, and approximate location. We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email address, but a cookie-based identifier (pseudonymous ID) and your IP address are processed by Google LLC in the United States. The information collected is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also use advertising identifiers associated with your Google account (Google signals) to understand aggregate statistics such as the age range, gender, and interests of our visitors. This is used for statistical purposes only, and we do not identify individual users. We do not serve or display advertising on the product pages themselves (for advertising inside the app, see Section 5).
Consent: If you access our pages from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we do not use these cookies or advertising identifiers until you agree. A consent banner is shown on your first visit, and they are used only if you select "Agree". For visits from other regions, they are enabled by default, as we have not determined consent to be required there.
Whether the banner appears is determined from your browser's time zone setting, so it may not appear for some visitors in the regions above. Cookies are still not used in that case, because the region is determined by Google from the request itself. If you would like to consent but no banner appeared, you can open it from "Cookie Settings" as described below.
Even when cookies are not used, information such as the page viewed, your IP address, and your browser type is still sent to Google without cookies. This transmission does not identify you persistently as an individual.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key kt-consent. This is used only to avoid showing the banner again, and is never transmitted anywhere.
You can change your choice at any time: open the banner again from "Cookie Settings" in the footer of our product pages and select "Decline" (any Google Analytics cookies already stored are deleted when you do). You can also disable cookies or enable tracking protection in your browser settings. On desktop browsers, you can additionally use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (not available for mobile browsers).
All in-app data handled by the App is stored only on your device (within the App's sandbox, and — on iOS, optionally — your photo library). There is no server-side account; no sign-up or login is required.
All in-app data is stored on your device. Deleting the App permanently removes analysis history and settings. If you have saved recorded videos to your photo library or media gallery, please delete them individually from the respective app.
The current version of the App does not use notifications. If we add notification features in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
