10HALF LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. ClassicTimer ("the App") is available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Data Stored Only on Your Device

The following settings data is stored and used only on your device and is never sent to our servers:

• Timer scale settings
• Appearance mode (Light/Dark)
• Pro purchase status
• Widget / Quick Settings tile timer value
• Custom colors, custom background image, and dial-surface image
• Sound settings (alarm sound and mute)

2. Device Permissions

The App uses the following permissions. You may deny them where the platform allows; doing so disables only the related feature.

• Notifications: Used to alert you when a timer completes (Android 13+ requests notification permission). Notifications are processed on your device and do not involve external servers.
• Alarms / exact timing (Android): Uses exact alarms so the timer rings precisely at completion time.
• Vibration: Used for haptic feedback during dial interaction and when the alarm rings.
• Internet access: Used to send the analytics data described below and to deliver ads in the free version.

3. Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand usage and improve features (this applies to all users, both free and Pro). Only anonymous usage events are collected — we do not send personal information such as your name or email, nor purchase details such as price or product ID.

Specifically, the following anonymous data may be sent to Google's servers:

• App usage events (e.g., timer started/completed, upgrade screen shown/tapped, purchase outcomes, feature taps) and how a timer was started (dial / widget / tile / shortcut)
• Firebase app instance ID (a resettable, anonymous identifier)
• Approximate location derived from IP address (country / region level)
• General device information (model, OS version) and crash / performance data

Firebase Analytics in this App does not use the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) for analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security for details.

4. Advertising (Free Version)

The free version of the App (iOS and Android) shows ads delivered by Google AdMob. For ad delivery and measurement, AdMob may, in accordance with Google's policies, access the device advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID (AAID), or the iOS IDFA when permitted via App Tracking Transparency) along with limited technical data such as IP address, ad-interaction events, and general device information.

On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown to request tracking permission. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. You can reset or disable the advertising identifier in your device settings.

Pro users see no ads, and the advertising identifiers above are not used for them.

5. In-App Purchases

Pro (one-time purchase) is processed via Apple StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Purchase and billing information is managed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your payment details (such as card information). See the Apple Privacy Policy / Google Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase Analytics (iOS / Android): Usage analytics. See §3.
• Google AdMob (iOS / Android, free version): Ad delivery. See §4.
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS, free version): Tracking permission. See §4.
• Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing: In-app purchase processing. See §5.

7. Where Data Is Stored

All of the App's settings data is stored only on your device (within the app sandbox). There is no server-side account, and no sign-up or login is required. Anonymous analytics and advertising data are handled by the third-party services above.

8. Data Deletion

Because the App's settings data is stored entirely on your device, deleting the App permanently removes that data. For anonymous data retained by third parties for analytics or advertising, you can reset or disable the advertising ID in your device settings and use each platform's controls.

9. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
