These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ClassicTimer ("the App") provided by 10HALF LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a skeuomorphic kitchen timer with dial interaction, haptic feedback, home screen widgets, and customization features. Platform-specific surfaces include a Quick Settings tile on Android and Live Activities on iOS.

2. Plans

• Free Plan: Access to core timer features. Ads are displayed.
• Pro Plan (one-time purchase): A single purchase grants permanent access. Ads are removed and additional Pro features are unlocked.

3. In-App Purchases

Pro Plan purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform.

• The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of your platform (Apple or Google).
• You can restore purchases from the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution
• Using the App for illegal purposes
• Any activity we deem inappropriate

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including design, audio, and code, belong to us.

6. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or security of the App.
• Timer accuracy depends on device conditions and OS specifications. We recommend using multiple methods for critical scheduling.
• We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except as required by law.

7. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
