10HALF LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Harigami ("the App") is available on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is treated.

Our basic principle: The App works entirely on your device. Everything it handles — scanned notice images, recognized text, due dates, and reminder settings — is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent to any server, including ours. The App makes no network connections and requires no account or sign-in. It uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

1. Data Stored Only on Your Device

The following data is stored and used only on your device (inside the App's sandbox) and is never sent to our servers:

Images of notices you scanned or imported from Photos
Text recognized from those images
Notice details you reviewed or edited (title, category, due date)
Reminder settings (day-before / same-day reminder times, per-notice reminder on/off)
A flag recording whether the first-run introduction has been shown

Depending on your iOS backup settings, this data may be included in iCloud Backup or in backups to your computer. Backups are a feature provided by Apple; we never have access to their contents.

2. Device Permissions

The App uses the following permissions. You may deny any of them; doing so disables only the related feature.

Camera: Used to scan notices (capture and automatic perspective correction). Captured images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
Photos: "Choose from Photos" uses the standard iOS photo picker. The App receives only the photos you select and does not request access to your whole photo library (no permission dialog is shown).
Notifications: Used to show due-date reminders as local notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your device; no push notification server is involved. Notifications show the notice's title and related content on the Lock Screen and elsewhere; you can change how they appear in iOS Settings → Notifications.

3. Sharing and Export

The App can share a single notice as a PDF, and can export all of your data as a zip file. Both happen only when you initiate them, and you choose the destination (a messaging app, Mail, Files, and so on). Data handed to a destination is then governed by that service's own privacy policy.

4. Information We Do Not Collect / Third-Party Services

The App collects no personal information of any kind — no name, email address, location, device identifier, or advertising identifier. It embeds no third-party services such as analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting.

5. Where Data Is Stored

All App data is stored only on your device, inside the App's sandbox. There is no server-side account, and no sign-up or sign-in is required.

6. Deleting Data

You can delete notices one at a time in the App (the delete button on the detail screen, or the long-press menu on the board). Deleting a notice also removes its image, recognized text, and scheduled reminders. Deleting the App permanently removes all data and scheduled reminders. Data contained in backups is subject to iOS backup management.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
