10HALF LLC ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information and data in the iOS/Android app and Amazon Alexa skill "KAETAO" (collectively, the "Service").
The Service collects the following information:

In-app purchase payment processing is managed directly by Apple. We do not obtain or store any payment information such as credit card details.
We do not provide personal information to any third parties other than those listed above, except as required by law (for analytics on the Service's product pages, please see Section 6).
Collected data is retained while the account is active. By deleting your account from the app's settings, all item data, restore codes, and user information will be deleted.
Alexa link codes are automatically invalidated after expiration (10 minutes) or after use.
Data is protected by Firebase (Google) security features, and only authenticated users can access their own data. All data communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
On the Service's product pages (https://10half.jp/kaetao.en.html and the Japanese version), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the pages are used and to improve them. It is not used in the app itself or in the Alexa skill.
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect information such as the pages viewed, time spent, referral source, device type, and approximate location. We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email address, but a cookie-based identifier (pseudonymous ID) and your IP address are processed by Google LLC in the United States. The information collected is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also use advertising identifiers associated with your Google account (Google signals) to understand aggregate statistics such as the age range, gender, and interests of our visitors. This is used for statistical purposes only, and we do not identify individual users. We do not serve or display advertising on this site.
Consent: If you access our pages from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we do not use these cookies or advertising identifiers until you agree. A consent banner is shown on your first visit, and they are used only if you select "Agree". For visits from other regions, they are enabled by default, as we have not determined consent to be required there.
Whether the banner appears is determined from your browser's time zone setting, so it may not appear for some visitors in the regions above. Cookies are still not used in that case, because the region is determined by Google from the request itself. If you would like to consent but no banner appeared, you can open it from "Cookie Settings" as described below.
Even when cookies are not used, information such as the page viewed, your IP address, and your browser type is still sent to Google without cookies. This transmission does not identify you persistently as an individual.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key kt-consent. This is used only to avoid showing the banner again, and is never transmitted anywhere.
You can change your choice at any time: open the banner again from "Cookie Settings" in the footer of our product pages and select "Decline" (any Google Analytics cookies already stored are deleted when you do). You can also disable cookies or enable tracking protection in your browser settings. On desktop browsers, you can additionally use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (not available for mobile browsers).
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally collect their personal information.
This policy may be updated in response to changes in the Service or applicable laws. We will notify users within the app if significant changes are made. The latest policy is always available on this page.
