These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the iOS/Android app and Amazon Alexa skill "KAETAO" (the "Service") provided by 10HALF LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is an app and Alexa skill that helps manage the exchange timing of household items such as towels, toothbrushes, and sheets. It provides item management, exchange record tracking, and Alexa voice control features.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone who can use a smartphone or Amazon Alexa device. Basic features are available for free, but some features require a Pro Plan (paid) subscription. Users under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent before using the Service.

3. Paid Plan (Pro Plan)

The Service offers a paid plan (Pro Plan) through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store.

• Monthly Plan: Automatically renews every month from the date of purchase.
• One-Time Purchase Plan: A single purchase grants permanent access.

Auto-renewal of the monthly plan can be canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancellation, Pro Plan features remain available until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Deleting your account does not cancel the monthly plan's auto-renewal. Please make sure to cancel the subscription through your Apple ID settings.

4. Account Management

Users are responsible for securely managing the restore code issued upon first app launch. If the restore code is lost, account recovery may not be possible. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from a lost restore code.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Service
• Using the Service for illegal activities or activities that violate public order and morals
• Causing nuisance to other users or third parties
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without our prior consent
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, repost, or distribute the Service's content without our prior consent.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service's content. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to or Termination of the Service

We may change or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes or termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms take effect when posted within the app or on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
